Shakespeare Festival Touring Ensemble Audition
The Shakespeare Festival of St. Louis seeks 6 full-time salaried positions for its 20-week Touring Ensemble. Looking to cast Equity and non-Equity actors who sing and move well, and one Equity Stage Manager for touring full time during the day, Feb. 20-May 18, 2007. We seek a racially diverse and versatile company to perform two 45-minute adapted productions of Shakespeare for schools and community venues (Much A Doo-Wop About Nothing and Soothsayin: A Stylin' Julius Caesar), and a 20-min mini-play at the Festival pre-show from May 23-June 17, 2007. Auditions are being held Friday, October 27th from 10 AM to 4 PM and Saturday, October 28 from 12 PM to 6 PM at the Repertory Theatre Rehearsal Hall (17 South Old Orchard, Webster Groves, next to Ben Franklin's).
