AUDITIONING PERFORMERS

St. Louis metro area based entertainment company is expanding to
offer a wider variety of;
Singing Telegrams, Novelty Acts, Costumed Characters & Party
Entertainment.
If you think you have what it takes these are PAID gigs. Usually
telegrams and novelty character acts are 10-15 minutes in nature and
pay a very minimum of $50.00 plus possible tip.
Here's what you can expect;
A family oriented company. Upfront & honest. NO fees/ No catches /NO
scams!
What we expect from you;
Mutual respect & HONESTY, people oriented, creativity, Comfort in
front of an audience.
What we are looking for;
Characters, Short Skits, Impersonators, Story Tellers ….????? You
imagine it!
Ideas for acts are
ENDLESS….be creative !!!

Place- Days Inn & Suites (conference room just inside the main
door)
5105 Hwy.111, Pontoon Beach, Il. 62040 (subsidy of Granite City Il).
This location is approx. 20 minutes from North county off
of Hwy. 270 & also 20 minutes from the arch off of Hwy 55.
Date- Tuesday, September 25th, 2007
Time- Doors open at 7pm. (It's not likely, but could go until 10pm,
so block some time)

We will provide a CD player as well as a DVD player if you have a
video of an act you do. Room size is restricted. Come prepared to
perform something to show us your comfort level. Your act does NOT
have to be perfected for us. We just need to get an idea if it will
be sellable and if you are a proper candidate.
We would prefer you to bring us a copy of a picture of you in
costume. You can also wear (or bring & change into) your costume and
we will take a picture for our records. If we choose to use you this
will be for our site.

At approximately 7:20 we will go over everything and answer all
of your questions (arrive earlier to fill out papers) Dress casual.
Relax. Have a fun evening with us. Refreshments will be provided. No
need for headshots & resumes, unless you just want to bring them.
Mostly this is a personality job that requires talent, not years of
experience. Although outward signs of nervousness are not good for
our clients to see.
