Seeking Non-equity theatre professionals

For anyone who may be interested, I am looking for other non-equity professionals to join me in forming a children's educational theatre company to provide programming to underserved rural areas in SW Illinois (specifically Madison County). If you have professional training, education or experience in any aspect of theatre; business or arts management, performance or production, and are interested in a collaborative effort to start a group from square one, please contact me at harp204@charter.net.   I am looking for people who can assist with the application procedure to become a 501c organization, write proposals and grants, do marketing and PR as well as people with tech backgrounds.  My education and professional experience is in teaching and directing children's theatre, and I would like to work with other dedicated professionals interested in forming a company.  And you guessed it – no pay for anyone, unless we can make this a reality.
