Chorus Auditions for PIPPIN

ADDITIONAL CHORUS AUDITIONS:
PIPPIN by Robert O. Hirson and Stephen Schwartz

Stray Dog Theatre (SDT) is interested in adding male and female chorus
members to the previously-cast production of PIPPIN. This audition
call is specifically for strong dancers-good singers/actors in their
20's to early 30's.

Production Dates
October 23 - November 8, 2008. (Thu. – Sat. at 8pm. Saturday, Nov. 8
at 2 pm & 8 pm)

Information:
Please arrive fifteen minutes prior to your appointment and wear
comfortable clothes in which to dance.

First up is a Fosse-esque group dance combination, followed by
individual callbacks for singing (Prepare 16 bars of a song. Provide
sheet music appropriately marked and in your key. Accompanist
provided.). FINAL call back will be dance only at 2pm.

Provide one headshot & resume.

Chorus roles are Non-Equity and will receive a stipend.

Rehearsals are set to begin on Saturdays in July, but are most heavily
concentrated in September & October.

Stray Dog Theatre honors diversity and non-traditional casting
practices.
