St. Charles Christmas Traditions Festival holds auditions by
appointment for paid positions as:

Christmas Carolers (SATB)

and

Interactive Holiday Characters (i.e. International Santas, Clara, The
Nutcracker, La Bafana, Christmas Angel, Scrooge, the Snow Queen, Jack
Frost and Tiny Tim (BOYS ages 7-11)

October 18 and 19, 2008

(Caroler callbacks will be held on Oct. 19th at 5:00 p.m.)

MKT Train Depot in Frontier Park, Historic St. Charles

Christmas Traditions is an outdoor festival of strolling characters
and carolers who interact with the public on Wednesday/Friday/Saturday
NIGHTS and Saturday/Sunday DAYS from November 28 - December 21. All
positions are paid $10 per hour.

Those auditioning as Holiday Characters will be asked to retell a
provided Christmas Story.

Those auditioning as Carolers must have experience in singing 4 part
harmony and will be asked to sing a Christmas Carol a cappella as
their audition.

All those auditioning must be at least 17 (unless auditioning for Tiny
Tim) and are asked to bring a photo of themselves for us to keep and
ALL known conflicts from October 25-December 24. Gentlemen of all
shapes, sizes and experience are particularly encouraged to audition
if they have an open schedule.
