St. Louis Shakespeare annouces auditions for its 25th Season:
MERCHANT OF VENICE

TWELFTH NIGHT

MACBETH

Please note: There will be 3 weekday matinees
of this production on Oct. 5, 8 and 9
TREASURE ISLAND
Director: Donna Northcott
November 6 - 15, 2009
WHEN: Saturday, March 7 from 2pm - 5pm and Sunday, March 8 from 9am - 1pm
WHERE: Regional Arts Commission, 6128 Delmar, 63112 in University City (across from The Pageant).
REQUIREMENTS: Please prepare one 1-2 minute monologue from any Shakespeare play and bring a photo and resume.
All roles are open; non-equity actors of all ages and ethnicities are sought. Auditions are BY APPOINTMENT ONLY; to schedule an audition or for more information, please email audition@stlshakespeare.org. Please provide the following information:

Approximate time you would like to audition, and we will schedule you as close to that time as possible

SLS is non-Equity, but all actors are paid a small honorarium
Shakespeare productions perform at the Grandel Theatre (near the Fox and Powell Hall); Treasure Island performs at the Missouri History Museum in Forest Park
Productions rehearse evenings and occasional weekends for approximately 6 weeks; rehearsal space is in Soulard
