CASTING CALL BEING HELD FOR NEW FEATURE FILM, " VENGANZA AZTECA"
Columbia, MO – Feb.12, 2009
On Feb. 21st, 2009, a casting call will be held for a new feature
film, directed by Aaron Crozier and starring Mil Mascaras, the famed
Luchadore wrestler, entitled, "Venganza Azteca." A sequel to the
hugely popular film, "Mil Mascaras Vs. The Aztec Mummy," Venganza
Azteca follows the continuing adventures of Mil Mascaras as he faces
his biggest threat yet. After a break-in at his campus storage
facility, a college professor calls upon his old friend and world
hero, Mil Mascaras, to come investigate.
Meanwhile, a group of visiting luchadore wrestlers begins to
disappear, one luchadore at a time. After several encounters with
police, ninjas, Aztec warriors, and possessed sorority girls, Mil
starts to realize these crimes are interwoven and that he faces an
ancient evil more dangerous than anything he's faced before!

Casting call will be held on Saturday, Feb. 21st, 2009 from 9:00 a.m -
3:00 p.m at the Corner Playhouse located at the northeast corner of
Hitt & University in Columbia, MO. All actors must bring a current
headshot and acting resume for the auditions. All talent auditioning
will perform a cold reading of selected sides from the script against
other talent. All auditioners must be 18 years or older to be
considered.

No appointment necessary; First come, first served basis. We will be
recording the auditions for in-house use only. Casting breakdown is

Dr. Ruth Stennis
Upper 30's to mid 50's
Female, any ethnicity, long hair that looks good worn up, slender
build, average height, may need to provide own wardrobe and apply own
makeup A sexy, smart, monocle-wearing, scientist who has eyes for Mil
Mascaras. As the investigation continues, the Professor becomes more
and more caught up with his own self-doubts and Dr. Stennis steps in
to provide assistance in catching the perpetrators. She is confident,
focused, and independent. As of 2-11-09, she is needed for the

Chief Sanders
Mid 40's to mid 60's
Male, any ethnicity, short hair, clean shaven or nice stubble The
chief of the city police - he is tough and feels insulted when asked
to cooperate with campus police. Mil Mascaras is a personal hero of
his but that won't stop Chief Sanders from performing his duties. As

Chief Reynolds
Mid 30's to mid 40's
Male, any ethnicity, short hair, clean shaven or nice stubble,
athletic build The campus counterpart to Chief Sanders - very dutiful,
very respectful of Mil Mascaras. Less seasoned, but also does not
appreciate the city police butting in on his jurisdiction. As of

Skyler
Upper teen's to mid 20's
Male, any ethnicity, short hair, clean shaven, slender build, average

works as Professor's assistant but he's most interested in seeming
cool to his peers - also a bit of a "mama's boy" and this has made him
a bit reluctant to break rules that his peers think less of breaking -
but Skyler is really seeking acceptance. As of 2-11-09, he is needed

Team Leader
Lower 20's to lower 30's
Male, caucasian, short hair, full mustache preferred, knowledge of
martial arts and/or tumbling a plus Team Leader is the leader of a
dojo on campus - views all students as punk kids unless he personally
has had the chance to whip them into shape - becomes possessed later
but personality changes very little - he becomes more docile
towards the Aztec Chief and frat boys. As of 2-11-09, he is needed for

Football Player

was asked to participate in the homecoming parade - he was kidnapped
by the frat kids and we first see him in their makeshift prison - he's
a man of action and is ready to punish his captors once he is

Officer Patrick is a city patrolman who gets a slightly inflated ego
for bringing Mil in - this deflates quickly when Patrick realizes

Officer McNally
