Non-Equity auditions

Southern Illinois University Edwardsville announces non-equity general
auditions for 2009 Summer Showbiz. The season is as follows:

- Greater Tuna, runs June 11-21, directed by Chuck Harper
- Bye Bye Birdie, runs June 24-28, directed by Peter Cocuzza
- Willie Wonka, runs July 15-19, directed by Kathi Bentley

Auditions will be held on SIUE campus, in Dunham Hall Room 2012 on
Friday, February 27th from 3:00-6:45 and Saturday, February 28 from
10:00-1:00. Callbacks will be held immediately following on Saturday
at 1:00. Auditioners should prepare 16-32 bars of a show tune
(accompanist provided) and male auditioners should also prepare a 1-2
minute comic monologue. (Please note: auditions for kids ages 7-12
will be held on March 28 at a time still to be determined. Please
call in March for more info on kids auditions.)
