DramaRama still seeking Male Actors for Lead Roles in ANNE FRANK

DramaRama Theatre Company is still seeking actors for their production of The Diary of Anne Frank for their newest program, the Educational Theatre Series. The program selects plays about non-fictional events, stories, or characters and allows the actors to not only bring these plays to life, but provides them with the instruction on how to research the character and events in an effort to recreate an accurate portrayal. Every participant will serve as their own dramaturg sharing their findings with the other cast members while not only learning more about their characters, but learning more about history and how important the arts can be in telling these stories and sharing these stories with an audience. A truly unique and incredibly beneficial program for any young actor. We are still seeking strong male actors for the following lead and supporting roles:

Otto Frank
Mr. Kraler
Mr. Van Daan
Mr. Dussel

If you are interested in auditioning for any of these roles, please send an email to auditions@DramaRamaTheatre.com. Please include in the email a recent photo and resume or list of prior stage experience. Please also indicate your available times for an audition. Rehearsals begin very soon and the production runs April 23rd-26th with one student matinee on Thursday, April 23rd. Seeking actors that are or look between the ages of 16-18 and can portray older men. Please spread the word and help us make this new program successful.
