Open auditions for no budget feature

Steve E. Turner and Patrick Bond, ("Miller's Tale" and other shorts)
are having auditions for their new feature length film on Saturday,
March 28th, from 2 – 4 pm at the Port Cape second floor stage.

Port Cape is located at 19 Water St., Cape Girardeau, MO 63701.
(Downtown Cape, on the waterfront.)

The HD feature will shoot over four weeks, starting April 25, in and
around the Cape Girardeau area. It will be a no pay / deferred salary
production.

Available Roles:

Sheriff Danny Apple, Lead Role:
We're looking for the perfect actor to play Sheriff Danny Apple, a
small town sheriff with a big city crime to solve. He's anywhere from
35 to 55 years old, tall, in good physical shape, and either leading
man handsome or uniquely rugged.

As stated, there's no money available for pay, lodging or travel, but
if you're close to Cape Girardeau, or have available digs close by, we
can condense and/or work around your schedule; the role will require
12 shooting days. You can send a resume and headshot for a private
meeting or come to the audition.

Detective Stevens:
Someone you don't mess with. He knows everybody's business. You never
know if he's on your side or playing you. 35 to 55 years old.

Detective Banks:
Easy going. You can count on him. He knows the ups and downs of his
job too well. 35 to 55 years old.

Robert Foose:
A tax lawyer who likes the good life. Would easily kill you in court.
30 to 55 years old.

Jack Collins:
Crime Lab Supervisor. Loves life and people, no matter what ugly crime
he's investigating. 30 to 55 years old.

Jamie Cox:
She's a lawyer's assistant. Not yet settled. Happy to please, but
wouldn't mind someone thinking about her needs. 20 to 35 years old.

Maggie Apple:
The sheriff's wife. Life's not turned out like she thought. She's
depressed, but has hope. She's kept herself in shape. 35 to 55 years
old.

Marcia Williams:
Lawyer's wife. Distraught. Manic. 30 to 45.
