True West, by Sam Shepard
"I wanted to write a play about double nature, one that wouldn't be symbolic or metaphorical or any of that stuff. I just wanted to give a taste of what it feels like to be two-sided. It's a real thing, double nature. I think we're split in a much more devastating way than psychology can ever reveal. It's not so cute. Not some little thing we can get over. It's something we've got to live with." Sam Shepard

Intelligent Life, by Lauren Dusek
Set in the basement of a tenant house in Utah, Intelligent Life is a suspenseful and comedic story about a group of extraterrestrial enthusiasts, the self-titled “Utah Alien Chasers.” This ramshackle group discovers a mud-stained little boy in a dinosaur costume who may or may not be an alien. What is certain is that the boy has a genius level IQ and telekinetic powers. The group forms a kind of unconventional family around the boy for the next three days and the ensuing events provide a true test of faith for all those involved, leading to the inspiration of some and the cynicism of others. Intelligent Life is a journey of the inner-child as it examines what we choose to believe and what chooses us.

The Winners, by David L. Williams
Cassie and Kurt, a couple in their late thirties, are celebrating; they recently won $337 million in the lottery and they're going to fulfill a fantasy for both of them and hire an escort. They found the website of Tiffany, a twenty-three year old Asian-American call girl, and have invited her over to spend the whole night with them. Tiffany, seeing the money that can be made from this situation, is definitely game, and even though Cassie and Kurt are awkward at first, they start to be much more open to all the possibilities that Tiffany offers. What starts as a fantasy turns into something darker, though, when one person decides that what can really be bought with all this money isn't just sex but freedom, a freedom that can't ever be taken back.

Whammy! The Seven Secrets to a Sane Self, conceived and directed by Chuck Harper
Oprah Winfrey and Ethel Merman. Dr. Phil and Phil Silvers. Nietzche and The Shirelles? WTF? The artistic team that brought you The Probe: An Inquiry into the Meteoric Rise and Spectacular Fall of Orson Welles in Hollywood rides again in this madcap multi-media dance-theatre comic exploration of self-help, sexual dysfunction, 1960's dance parties, obsessive-compulsive disorder, pharmaceutical bliss and suicide. Want to know the seven secrets to a sane self? You know you do. And there’s only one way to find out. Dig?
