Non-Union Mike Bartlett's CHARLES III

at St. Louis Shakespeare in St. Louis, MO

The Queen is dead: after a lifetime of waiting, the prince ascends the throne. A future of power. But how to rule? This controversial new play explores the people beneath the crowns, the unwritten rules of our democracy, and the conscience of Britain’s most famous family.

St. Louis Shakespeare presents the local premiere of Mike Bartlett's "future history" play, a gripping speculation on what will happen when Prince Charles ascends the British throne.

All roles are open. Non-Equity actors of all ages and types are sought. For the roles of Charles, William, Kate, Harry, and Diana, some physical resemblance is a plus. This is a paid position.
