Black Rep casting for HAIRSPRAY and BLACK NATIVITY
at The Midnight Company (for The Black Rep in St. Louis City, MO
The St. Louis Black Rep will hold singer/dancer auditions for HAIRSPRAY and BLACK NATIVITY on
Wed, July 20, from 5-9 pm at The Black Rep offices, 1717 Olive, 4th Floor.
Those wanting to schedule an audition should call the Black Rep at (314) 534-3810
BY WEDNESDAY, JULY 13.
Those auditioning should bring 16 bars of Gospel or Motown R&B to sing, and be prepared to dance.
Appts for Equity performers are from 5-6 pm (and after); Non-Euqity appts can be made starting at 6 pm.
HAIRSPRAY will be performed at Wash U's Edison Theatre, in collaboration with The Performing Arts
Dept, from Oct 14 through Oct. 30. BLACK NATIVITY will be performed at The Grandel throughout
the month of December. Performers should be available for approx one month of rehearsals prior to
opening.
