KTG Drama Studio ADULT ACTING Classes
at Kirkwood Theatre Guild in Kirkwood, MO
Kirkwood Theatre Guild, producer of over 80 years of fine theater, is offering adult acting classes through the experienced actor and teacher, Tom Murray.
The class is an acting intensive designed for serious performers who want to hone their craft. In a collaborative setting, actors will polish their skills through scene work, script analysis, and peer critique.
Included will be explorations of cold reading techniques, audition monologues and improvisation.
The many diverse theories of acting will be examined and put into practice through vigorous solo and multi-actor performances.
The goal is the creation of a personal commitment to believable and deeply felt acting.
Classes are SATURDAY MORNING 11:00 am to 12:30 pm for 12 sessions-starting September 10th and ending December 10th (no class on 10/22 or 11/26).
Class fee is $150, maximum class size of 12 students.
