Professional Development Training for the Serious Acting Student
at Stages Academy in Chesterfield, MO
This acting curriculum is for teen students who are serious about the craft of acting and have come to the conclusion that the answer to the question “What do you want to be when you grow up?” is “an _actor!_”
This class begins the process of teaching students a technique of acting usually taught in college and professional studios in New York and LA, thus preparing the teen student for college or professional classes. The class not only teaches the basics of acting, but instills the discipline, and commitment required by professional actors. While students need not have previous acting experience, they must have a passion for acting and a desire and commitment to work hard at it. Admission is by teacher interview only. The student MUST be 13 years old when class begins. Sorry, no exceptions.
