Youth Theatre Auditions
at Jewish Community Center in St. Louis County, MO
Does your child have a flair for the dramatic? Fine tune their dramatic, musical or dancing skills while rehearsing for a play. It’s fun and educational. No previous experience is needed, and all who audition are cast. Rehearsals are Sunday afternoons at our Marilyn Fox Building in Chesterfield beginning September 11th with performances in our Arts & Education building of the Staenberg Family Complex in Creve Coeur.
Little Red Riding Hood
K-2nd grade
Whether your little one is shy or wants to be the center of attention this story of perseverance, honesty, listening and family is a perfect start to the world of theatre, music and dance.
No audition is required. Performance on October 30th
Around the World in Eighty Days
3rd – 5th grade
This high-flying musical adventure traverses the globe! This classic is hilarious, exotic, and fun. 5th graders may choose which show they would prefer to audition for.
Auditions are August 28th, Performances on December 14th & 18th
Riddikulus: a Magical Musical
5th – 8th grade
That’s right, we’re doing a musical spoof of the Harry Potter series. All your favorite characters are here as we combine the entire series into one side-splitting show! 5th graders may choose which show they would prefer to audition for.
Auditions are August 28th, Performances on December 1st & 4th
