Master Facilitators Wanted for a Unique Leadership Development Company
at The Ariel Group in St. Louis, MO
The Ariel Group is an international training and coaching firm comprised of performing artists and business professionals who believe the workplace functions better when people interact generously and communicate well.
We’re looking for a needle in a haystack -- unique individuals who can demonstrate high Emotional Intelligence, professional theater experience and a passion for business learning.
Qualified Candidates must reside in the Midwest and have most of the following:
1. Professional acting or other theater experience
2. Corporate education experience (proven ability to connect learning to the needs of a business; deliver content designed by others; go beyond playing a role in a business simulation or corporate training film to facilitation and coaching of behavior).
3. Business experience or high acumen
4. New trainers must be willing to travel regularly to deliver work in the US, Europe and Asia; positive attitude and flexibility a must. Road warriors welcome.

Include 5-10 minutes of video footage of you teaching a theater-based exercise to a small audience and debriefing the exercise for business/leadership application.
