Open Call: hip hOZ
at COCA in St. Louis, MO
Sunday, May 20, 12:30-4:00pm and Tuesday, May 22, 4:30pm-8:00pm
Community members (ages 10+) are invited to audition for hip hOZ, the opening presentation in the 2012-2013 COCA Family Theatre Series October 5-7. Created and directed by Redd Williams, this fast-paced dance show will hold rehearsals June, July and August. 6:00-9:00pm Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays and Sunday mornings in September. Wear appropriate dance attire and dance shoes or sneakers.
About hip hOZ - COCA presents the world-premiere of this original production, which takes audiences on a high energy, hip-hop adventure down the yellow brick road. hip hOZ features innovative choreography to mash-ups of classic and contemporary music.
