We will be holding auditions for our web series "For Your Entertainment" the week of May 28th. The date and location of the audition will be given later this week to those who apply. Actors will be cold reading from the script.
Please submit a headshot and resume. Also, tell us which characters you would like to audition for.
"For Your Entertainment" is about three losers, Jackson, Shep and Tyler, who work jobs dressing up as characters for birthday parties, bar mitzvahs and the like. Their boss is simply a voice through a phone and the people that work with them are definitely "unique".
The characters we are auditioning are as follows:
Jackson Shepherd - Caucasian - Male - 18 to mid 20's - one of the three main characters of the show, he is the younger cousin of Shep, he's a little arrogant, and he has a talent for charming people.
Karl - Caucasian - 20's to 30's - Male - An Eastern European man that loves to party. He is the driver for the character entertainers and his antics tend to cause heartache for the trio. Accent Preffered.
Phenomenal Pherrell - African American - Male - 20's to 40's - An OG that has seen his share of time in prison. After his most recent stint, he decided to turn his life around and become a magician for children's parties.
Frederick - Open Ethnicity - Male - A very eccentric party leader, he's a very quirky fellow that tends to talk in riddles and rhymes.
Chrissy - Open Ethnicity - Female - 20's - The party princess of the company, she is a beautiful woman that Tyler crushes on. She's a very kind soul, but she's a little ditsy and has a knack for picking horrible boyfriends.
Horrible Boyfriend's - Male - Open Ethnicity - Several bad boyfriend's that Chrissy dates throughout the series, they always seem to fit a certain stereotype.
We are also looking for children from 4 - 12, and their parents. We will have a day of filming where several bounce houses, games, and such will be set up and we will be filming stock footage for the series. Also if any of the children are interested in an acting part we have some of those available as well. There is no need to audition for this, we would simply like confirmation that you are interested.
