Horror Anthology Film
at State of Mind Productions in Alton, IL
Casting for Horror anthology film. The film is 6 stories in the style of the EC comics of the 1950's. We will have many other roles to cast in the weeks to come. So all resumes and headshots will be considered for other segments of the film. The list of roles for stories we are currently casting are as follows.
Some character ages are open to change if the right actor/actress is found. Also some characters will require old age makeups. Keep in mind when looking over roles.
Norman Segment
Agnes- 70's Lead- Nosy older woman who insist on spying on her unusual neighbor.
George -70's- Husband to Agnes. Grumpy old man. Doesn't agree with his wife's snooping.
Melman -40's- Mailman. Enjoys using his job to spy on people.
Eddie -70's - Owns local bookstore.
Firestone -40's Bookstore patron
Out of Season Segment
Bill -40's - Lead - Hunter. Heading to unknown town to hunt coyote.
Joyce -20's - Waitress
Stanley -30's-40's - Hunter
Larry -30's -40's - Hunter
David -30's - 40's - Hunter
Going to Pieces Segment
Dr. Wright -30's -40's Lead- Local doctor and scientist working on experimental medicine.
Rose - late 20's- Waitress. Love interest to Dr. Wright
Sheriff Mellanby - 40's Town sheriff. Investigating local disappearances.
Bill- 60's- Native American Indian- Client to Dr. Wright. Often hangs around the local diner.
Robin -20's -Waitress
Prof. Stanford -70's- Professor supervising Dr. Wrights research.
Child's Play Segment
Will be needing children of ages ranging from 4-12 for extras on this story.
All Segments
Will be needing extras to fill backgrounds for many scenes throughout the film.
