Vocal Music Director Needed
at Music Experience, LLC in St. Louis County, MO
St. Louis Production company is looking for a Vocal Music Director to direct an original contemporary "Rock Opera" . The music has been produced and recorded by a "Grammy" producer and seasoned studio
musicians in Nashville. The music is a combination of Rock and Pop.
The music director will be responsible for directing the lead and harmony parts of the vocalists in the productions. Working with the choreographer will be a key ingredient of the success of this production.
This production is primarily music and dance, with video, lighting, and
special effects to enhance the high energy level of the production.
The acting parts are minimal so the focus is on the music and dancing.
The story takes place on a college campus featuring college performing arts students with diverse backgrounds and how they use their strength and life skills to deal with college life situations, and discover the true meaning of the arts. This is a paid position. The production is scheduled for the first weekend in November and rehearsals will begin in September sometime. Please submit a resume
