Need 1 actress and 1 actor December 15

Hi, I'm in the final stages of production for an audio tutorial dvd
which is being produced by Barry Green (check IMDB for credits). This
is a good opportunity to get guaranteed national exposure on a dvd
that will be available in industry supply houses from LA to NY. I
don't know what the initial press on this will be... this is an
experiment of sorts, but Barry has already successfully produced a
tutorial dvd for the DVX and the HVX cameras... as well as written
books on this gear. His previous dvds and books have been available
EVERYWHERE and he is considered an authority on these cameras.

As a location sound man and fellow DVX/HVX user... Barry contacted me
about hosting this tutorial dvd on audio for video. Throughout the
project we have used a few actors in places to illustrate booming and
mic'ing techniques... and how various microphones sound in various
conditions. Basically what is in it for me is what's in it for you. I
want to gain further national credibility and exposure as a location
sound man, as well as on-cam personality, and this is an opportunity
for actors to do more then simply have a headshot in the hands of
some new producers. As you know it's all about exposure... and this
is a chance to get some good exposure with the backing of a proven
success in past dvd marketing.

I need these two actors THIS FRIDAY... and the most important thing
is that I can count on you! Good looks and talent are important, but
RELIABILITY is what will make or break you in this business. If you
say you can show on Friday and we confirm then a lot of time and
trouble will be riding on your presence! I expect to need you from 8a
to 5p at the latest... but you need to be available all day.

As I previously mentioned... this is sort of an experiment and a very
low budget production... I will pay $50 gas plus lunch out of my own
pocket as a small token of thanks for your competant presence... but
if you're doing it for the $50 then you're not the right person for
this project. I'm doing this for exposure and that is the real value
in this project.

Interested parties can email me at this address...
mgettemeier@charter.net (the same one you see already with this
message) and I would appreciate the attachment of a SMALL FILE SIZE
headshot and/or any experience!

I just got a call for a last minute job a few minutes ago and I'm
rushing to get this posting out... I will be shooting video tonight
until 7pm... and leaving in a few minutes... it's 3p right now... so
if you reply quickly then I'll offer this opportunity in order of
experience and first responding.

The location is going to be in a home in a new neighborhood near
manchester and 109 in west county... again... THIS FRIDAY!

Thanks.

Rocky Horror Picture Show Fundraising Performance

My name is Michaela McGinn and I am looking for actors aged 17 - 30 to be a part of the famous Rocky Horror Picture Show. The gig is unpaying but it will be quite fun, we will feed you, and the profits go to an after school program for war survivors and victims of torture. The production will be held within a 5000 square foot warehouse of a personal friend. You will be asked (but not required)  to do some minor tech work, this is non-profit and our resources are limited, but we are doing what we can with what we have and trying to make the world a better place, one transvestite at a time. Here's a chance for you to have fun while helping out and put something interesting on your resume! Auditions are first come first serve starting after Christmas and through January. The rehearsal will be Monday and Friday nights from 6:00 to 8:30 starting February 16 2007* , the production will run from May 21* through June 3*.  Thank you!
