Seeking African American actor

The New Jewish Theatre is looking for a House Manager for the upcoming season with training beginning during the upcoming May show. This is a paid position.
Ideally, we are looking for ONE person for this position. If you are interested in the management side of things, rather than being on stage or back stage, this could be your chance.
If you are interested in discussing the possibility, contact me off list at ksitzer@jccstl.org
Thanks, Kathleen
We're shooting a film starting this weekend & are looking to fill 2
Erica : mid twenties, outgoing, expressive, speaking part, must be OK
with holding/petting a small dog
Sally : mid twenties, friend of Erica, shy, not a speaking part
This movie is a comedy involving 2 guys & their search for girlfriends.
The Monday scene takes place in one of the male lead's car as he is
driving Erica home for the evening.
If interested, please email me (the director) at :
allsport572000@yahoo.com
with phone number & attach a headshot/picture and resume if you have
one.
I'll followup pretty quick as I'm trying to setup a short rehearsal
with all the characters in the scene for this Saturday.
I'll give you the scene for reading & we'll have a short audition on
Thurs or Fri night. Short notice, I know - but I'm reacting to the
sudden loss of 2 of my cast.
It's a fun movie & could give you good extra exposure in St.Louis !

Arie

Leavenworth Players Group, a professional acting company based in Saint Louis, is conducting interviews with actors who are interested in participating in our team that will conduct corporate preparedness empowerment. Corporate preparedness empowerment will basically involve traveling (at company expense) to corporations and training their executives on our skill set as improvisational actors (e.g., creativity, trust establishment, thinking outside of the box) and presenting vignettes and exercises focused upon certain human resources and labor law issues in the workplace.
Compensation for individual team members will be one thousand dollars for a full day empowerment and five hundred dollars for a half day empowerment. This is a serious professional commitment; thus, only professional individuals need apply.
We will begin to interview actors this coming Wednesday. Once we've assembled the team, we will schedule rehearsal and empowerment times. In order to interview, you must have a three to five minute informative speech prepared. Please arrive at the interview in professional attire.
Please do not respond to this email with an email. If you're interested in pursuing this wonderful opportunity, please set up an interview. In order to set up an interview, please telephone the director, Greg Marino, or the Leavenworth Players Group office manager, Margaret McElwee, at the production office number listed below. Thanks.
