“Mystic Springs” tells the story of a grief-stricken detective who investigates a ritualistic crime in a quiet Midwestern town, uncovering a shadowy cult that blurs the line between faith and reality—and threatens to consume him entirely.
The film will be shot in the St. Louis/St. Charles area, and we are looking to cast seven important roles.
Bradley Kilgore (Male, Age 40-50); Relapsed Catholic; Alcoholic; Grieving. He is devoted to his work as a detective, sometimes to the detriment of those who care about him.
Victoria (Female, Age 21-30); Survivor of a murderous cult; Type-A; Traumatized. She grew up always wanting to be the best, which mixed her up with the wrong crowd.
Hermes (Male, Age 40-60); Cult Leader; Sadistic; Fanatical; Dedicated to chaos and to appease an evil deity.
Emma (Female, Age 30-40); Deceased wife of Bradley; Loving; Nurturing; Hiding a dark side.
Sasha (Female, 35-50); Bradley’s Commanding Officer; No-Nonense; Strong.
Roger (Male, 35-50); Father to Patrick; Compassionate.
Patrick (Male, 7-12); A handful; Enthusiastic.
