St. Louis Shakespeare announces auditions for HAMLET directed by Patrick Siler and performing April 5 – 13, 2024. Production is non-Equity, but all company members are paid a small stipend.
PLEASE NOTE: The role of HAMLET has been cast. All other roles are open for actors 18 and older.
Please submit the following to audition@stlshakespeare.org with the subject line HAMLET AUDITION:
– Video of yourself performing a 1-minute monologue from any Shakespeare tragedy or history play.
– A brief slate including your name and prior experience performing in Shakespeare.
– A copy of your resume.
Callback auditions will follow shortly. HAMLET will rehearse in Soulard weeknights and some weekend days (tbd). Performances will be in the new theatre at Lift for Life Academy.
