Exploring the spectrum of gender and sexuality

The Q Collective will hold non-union auditions on Monday, August 27, for its 2018 The Coming Out Play Festival. We will be presenting eight short plays about the coming out experience. We seek to produce a cast that accurately and truthfully represents the diverse world in which we live. The auditions will run 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM at St. Paul United Church of Christ, 3510 Giles Avenue, St. Louis, MO 63116. Please email the.q.collective.stl@gmail.com with your preferred audition times.

Please prepare a one- to two-minute contemporary monologue. Directors may request a cold read as well. Please have a head shot and resume available for each director and be prepared to list all conflicts between September 1 and October 20. Mandatory dates are October 14, 16-20. Rehearsal schedules will be determined by the directors after the auditions. There is no pay for this event.

Performances are October 19 at 7:00 PM and October 20 at 4:30 PM and 8:00 PM. All performances will be held at The Monocle, 4510 Manchester Avenue, St. Louis, MO 63110.
