We are casting three roles for Ingrown, a family drama directed by Stephen Tronicek.
COMPENSATION: None, though food and formal crediting will be provided.
We will be filming over the course of three days in early November.
SUMMARY: A disaffected young man must deal with family tensions when he develops a nasty ingrown toenail.
HENRY, 18-20, MALE – Depressed and disoriented at his lack of control. Lonely and shut-in.
NATHAN, 12-14, MALE – Optimistic, ignorant, and actively trying to be so. Wants nothing more than everything to be ok, even when it isn’t.
FATHER, 50’s-EARLY 60’s – Has so thoroughly disillusioned himself that he’s created a cocoon of Regan imagery. Cares about his family but is incapable of caring for them.
