“Love, Lies, Resolution” is a powerful faith-driven drama about three brothers whose once-unbreakable bond is tested and nearly destroyed by secrets, betrayal, and heartbreaking loss. Set in small-town America, the story follows their painful journey as they struggle to hold onto each other and their faith amid tragedy and suffering. Blending emotional depth, quiet romance, and redemptive hope, this film explores the fracture of family love under pressure, the heavy cost of unresolved pain, and the hard path toward forgiveness and restoration.
Casting Needs:
2 Male Leads, 3 Female Leads, and Extras of any gender.
Auditions consist of a self-taped monologue. All submissions must be received by the deadline of April 30th at 11:59 PM. Callbacks will be held tentatively on the evening of May 9th (exact location provided to those selected).
The film features a custom musical score intertwined with classical music. Principal photography is scheduled throughout the summer and early fall, primarily consisting of one shooting day per week. Some heavier sequences will require multiple shooting days in advance-planned weeks. Filming will take place primarily in O’Fallon, St. Charles, and St. Peters.
All talent and crew will be contracted for safety, scheduling, and production protection. As this is a low-budget independent film, compensation is unlikely. In the rare event the project generates profit, payments will be distributed to talent first on a deferred basis before any compensation to the producer.
