•Auditions are Tues 9/1 (7-9:30pm) & Wed 9/2 (6-9:30pm) with callbacks on Thu 9/3 (6:00-9:30pm) at Five Star Senior Center (2832 Arsenal St)
•Prepare a 90 second comedic monologue and be ready for cold reads

•Rehearsal period is 10/26-12/2; Shows are 12/3-6 & 12/10-13. Most rehearsals are at Five Star Senior Center w/ selected rehearsals, tech, and shows at the Historic Sappington House (1015 S Sappington Rd).
•Auditions are for five short plays. Actors will be cast in one to two plays.
•All five shows will play every night of the festival. Four of them are world-wide premieres.

Character Descriptions
Goats of Olympus Mons
WALTER, 55 years old, male: An intelligent but troubled science-fiction author who struggles to connect with his daughter following the loss of his wife. Melancholy, sharp-witted, displays a love for classic pop culture.
CASSIE, 26 years old, female: A driven young woman who takes after her father in many ways: her creative impulse, witty humor, and even her grief. She tasks herself with establishing a better future for them both.
Cooking with Sherry
SHERRY, 30s-60s, female: An animated woman who is deeply devoted to her passion as a cooking influencer. She is determined to make the most of life’s surprises, showcasing quirks to her beloved subscribers.
HORACE, 30s-60s, male: A fan and cameraman of Sherry’s cooking channel. He is hopeful to get into her good graces, though he holds back a secret from Sherry that could turn their new-found work relationship.
McGrew’s First Christmas
CHARLIE MCGREW, Late 30s-60s, male: A hillbilly who don’t trust nobody & nothing
